Every child should have access to the world of learning opportunities that exist beyond the classroom. The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund helps ensure that no student will miss out on the opportunity to join their classmates for important, educational and fun activities. School camps provide children with inspiring experiences in the great outdoors, excursions encourage a deeper understanding of how the world works and sports teach teamwork, discipline and leadership. All are part of a healthy curriculum.

The Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund Allowance (CSEF) is administered by the Department of Education and Training and is available to Parents/Legal Guardians who hold a Health Care Card or Pension Card.

The CSEF allowance is to assist eligible families to cover the costs of curriculum based school trips, camps and sporting activities that may occur over the year at the College. Please note the funds are not able to be used for any “extra-curricular” activities that may be offered at the College.

For a Primary student, the assistance is $125 and $225 for a Secondary student. The application caters for students between 5 and 18 years of age inclusive and the form needs to be completed annually. Please note the funds are paid directly to the college and will be credited to your family account.

If you can please return the application form with a copy of your Health care card or pension card no later than 30th May this will ensure that the College can lodge your application by the due date on your behalf. Understanding that this directly provides financial assistance to families, we encourage all families to register if you are eligible.
