Christian Initial Teacher Education (CITE) Alliance Victoria

Flinders together with 4 other Christian schools (Chairo, Donvale, Hillcrest and Waverly Christian Colleges) has partnered with Eastern College in a unique and innovative education initiative, to develop quality Christian teachers.

The CITE Alliance is a holistic and tailored approach to teacher formation, that aims to prepare Pre service teachers for a strong and successful career in Christian schools. Pre-service teachers will be connected with expert Christian educators at Eastern College and CITE Alliance schools and will be paid to work at those schools while they study.
