Hope & Purpose through Christian Education

Carrum Downs Campus

Welcome to the Carrum Downs campus of Flinders Christian Community College. Our Carrum Downs campus is located close to Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula.

Principal, Carrum Downs Campus

At Flinders Christian Community College we are dedicated to the development of the whole child. Above all we want your child to understand that life has a purpose, and our highest goal is to help them discover, develop and use their gifts for the betterment of the world.

We will strive to equip your child with the skills they need to embrace the challenges of life, and to show them that excellence comes through perseverance and resilience in the face of struggle. We will help them develop determination and integrity, and to become humble and gracious but equally confident in their abilities.

The famous American novelist, Mark Twain, once wrote, “The two most important days in your life are the day you were born, and the day you figure out why.” We welcome students from a wide range of religious and philosophical backgrounds, and we invite students into an ongoing exploration of the purpose of life and their unique calling. Throughout this constant conversation we listen, encourage debate, and offer a Christian perspective.

Through our academic, cultural and sporting programs your child can develop a sense of belonging and community. Their teachers will work closely with you at every stage to make sure that your child is nurtured and supported.

Flinders Christian Community College at Carrum Downs is a great school, and it is an honour to lead it.
