Marine Studies is an innovative program developed at Flinders College for Year 9 students. For the duration of Term 1 students are engaged in a multi-disciplinary investigation of marine issues and events. The program culminates in a week of activities such as sailing,SCUBA, surfing and snorkelling with the dolphins of Port Phillip Bay.

Another option is to undertake a three day voyage upon the Enterprize; a recreated 19th Century sailing vessel. Marine studies concludes with a major student Presentation.
