The Technology and Innovation (T&I) HelpDesk Support will provide first port of call assistance to the Flinders Community and be an active member of the Technology and Innovation department.
This fixed term, full time / part time position (working hours will be discussed at the interview stage) would be a match for candidates possessing a thorough knowledge of MS Office and Excel (Advanced). Furthermore, applicants who have experience in customer service, HelpDesk and technical writing will take preference.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a highly engaged T&I team, being part of a department that provides assistance and support to the wider Flinders community.
