Flinders Christian Community College seeks a casual OSHC Administrator to join the passionate team at our Mount Martha Kinder.
The OSHC Administrator is primarily the first point of contact for children, parents, carers and staff, which means their role is critical to the day-to-day operation of the service.
The administrator?s role in an OSHC service is to lead and oversee the day-to-day program development, implementation and evaluation of the service. To work directly with children, with some elements of administration, planning and monitoring the provision of the OSHC service.
As an OSHC educational leader, to support the provision of a high-quality education and care program in OSHC, the NQF requires the appointment of an educational leader. He or she leads the development and implementation of the program and ensures the establishment of clear goals and expectations for teaching and learning.
The successful candidate must :
- Have a Diploma level qualification approved for educators working with children over preschool age in Victoria or currently enrolled and undertaking studies of the same.
- Support College values and conduct themselves in a way which is consistent with the ethos of Flinders Christian Community College.
