Flinders Christian Community College is seeking a part-time Kinder Admin Assistant at our Carrum Downs Kinder.
The role is 0.200 FTE (1 day weekly) and would suit a person who has a working knowledge of early childhood education administration and a passion for working with young children.
The Kinder Admin Assistant will work closely with the Kinder Director and provide administrative support to facilitate the safe, compliant and effective running of the Kinder. The Kinder Admin Assistant is a vital member of the Kinder team.
The Kinder Admin Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks in addition to assisting with the maintenance of the Kinder Information Management System (KIMS) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Prior knowledge of these systems would be advantageous. Above all, we a seeking a person with strong administrative and systems skills and a desire to be involved in a transformative education experience for young children.
