Flinders Christian Community College seeks to employ a full time Director of Wellbeing at our Carrum Downs campus.The Director of Wellbeing will proactively design and implement systems and experiences to promote the wellbeing of the College community. The Director of Wellbeing is vital in terms of setting a wellbeing culture in line with the College?s vision and values.The successful candidate will work with a high performing, collaborative team at our Carrum Downs campus on the Mornington Peninsula. The person will have oversight of Ed Support, Welfare and Positive Education, and will also have a teaching component. They will be a member of the College Executive and be responsible for relevant departmental budgets and staff personal development.The start date for this position is negotiable - either Semester 2 2018 or Semester 1 2019, depending on the successful candidate?s availability.
