On Wenesday 15 August the Year 10 Business Management students will participate in an incursion run by the Commonwealth Bank.  This incursion is designed to provide students with information and skills in financial literacy.  It covers 2 areas:  earning and saving.  This is a timely incursion as Year 10 students begin to look for work and learn to manage their own finances.

It is also part of the curriculum in Business Studies and provides an opportunity for students to learn more about aspects of finance and money management.  The students will take part in the incursion for periods 3 and 4.  This is a no-cost incursion.  Parents and/or students who wish to find out more about the StartSmart initiative can view information on the website:  http://www.startsmart.com.au/Secondary/program-overview/
