Somers Camp is a children’s camp in the July school holidays for Years 3 to 9. It is run by the Uniting Church from 1st to 5th July. Mother’s Day Classic 2013
The Mother’s Day Classic is held on Mother’s Day each year in locations all over the country. However, this year is the first time the event has been held on the Mornington Peninsula. It is a popular community event that donates all proceeds to breast cancer research. Last year’s event attracted over 125,000 participants nationally and has raised over $14.8 million for breast cancer research since inception.
